MWRIGHT, INC. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for your personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Extension
• Use the Extension for any illegal purpose
• Transfer your license rights to any other party
• Use the Extension in any way that could damage or overburden TradingView's services

TradingView Integration

Our Extension integrates with TradingView's platform. You must comply with TradingView's Terms of Service while using our Extension.

Disclaimer

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MWRIGHT, INC. is not responsible for any trading decisions made using the Extension.

Limitation of Liability

MWRIGHT, INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Extension.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the Extension or email.
